Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using FairPay, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the service
- You may use FairPay only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to FairPay systems.
Calculation and OCR accuracy
FairPay provides automated receipt extraction and split calculations to assist users. OCR and calculations may contain errors due to image quality or receipt formatting. You are responsible for reviewing totals before relying on them.
Availability and limits
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of FairPay at any time. Usage limits may apply to protect service stability and prevent abuse.
Third-party services
FairPay depends on third-party providers for authentication, cloud infrastructure, and OCR processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FairPay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairPay and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to FairPay if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FairPay after updates means you accept the revised terms.
